Say NO!!! to tight shoes
All parents of ballet and Jazz students are to be reminded to check if the dance shoes are too tight for the little growing feet. We strongly recommend you to order a new pair of shoes by 30th November 2009 if you wish your kids have a pair of comfortable shoes for their upcoming CSTD examination in March/April 2010. Shoes that are ordered by 30th November will be slightly bigger than the actual sizes of your kids’ feet.
Shoes that are too tight for kids are not allowed as they restrict the growth of the feet, and will cause bad habits on standing, pointing, walking, running and all stuffs. Eventually it will lead to bad postures and even misalignments of body! We do not encourage students to take up old worn shoes from somebody for the reason that the shoes might not fit the actual shape of their feet.
